This brief walkthrough demonstrates the steps for logging into the company's self-service portal to view important information relating to staff schedule, pay, and time off. I designed and developed this tutorial in Camtasia after working with subject matter experts to include the relevant information. The context is taken from the same New Hire Orientation program as the tech ticket tutorial also found in my portfolio. Some aspects of proprietary company information have been omitted, altered, or removed.
