A task-focused video tutorial developed for St. Louis Public Library's New Hire Orientation program. The walkthrough guides new employees through accessing the ADP self-service portal and locating essential resources, including timekeeping, pay information, and time-off features.

My role

I independently designed and developed the tutorial in Camtasia, collaborating with subject matter experts to identify the information and navigation steps most relevant to new employees. I wrote the instructional script, recorded the voiceover narration and system walkthrough, and edited the video with visual annotations to highlight important links, menus, and features.

Developed as part of a broader New Hire Orientation initiative, the tutorial provided a reusable, task-focused resource to help employees become familiar with the system and navigate essential functions independently.
