Patron Incident Tracking System Training

This is an instructor-led training course designed for managerial and executive staff for a large public library on their internal patron incident tracking system. The course covers logistic information including how to access the system and obtain login credentials as well as application-based information, which consists of the importance and impact of incident reporting, types of situations to report, as well as reporting language for legal compliance.
