Library Notary Services | Animated Explainer Prototype
Audience: Public library patrons
Format: Narrated animated explainer · Approximately 4 minutes · Prototype
Tool: Vyond
An animated explainer prototype developed to demonstrate how St. Louis Public Library could communicate information about its notary services to patrons. Using relatable scenarios, animated characters, and visual storytelling, the video introduces the purpose of notarization and helps viewers understand what to expect when accessing these services.
My role
I independently researched, designed, and developed the prototype from concept through production. My responsibilities included researching the subject matter, creating the instructional storyboard, writing the narration script, recording the voiceover, developing animated scenes, and coordinating visual storytelling and narration in Vyond.
I organized the content around familiar situations in which someone might need a notarized document, using character-driven examples, animated graphics, and visual explanations to make the information understandable to a general public audience.
