Fundamentals of Supervision Series

This project is an eight-course foundational supervisor development series designed to equip new supervisors with the core knowledge and practical skills needed to lead employees effectively. Delivered in both virtual and in-person formats, the curriculum covers essential supervisory topics including employment law, generational leadership, workplace harassment prevention, conflict management, interviewing and selection, and employee performance management.

I led the modernization and redevelopment of this series by refreshing the instructional content, learner activities, and full visual design across all eight courses, transforming the materials from an outdated 4:13 presentation format into a more polished and engaging learning experience. I also served as the lead instructional designer for two courses within the series (Introduction to Employment Law and Managing Conflict in the Workplace) and have facilitated delivery of all courses in the curriculum.

The samples below showcase representative assets from the series while excluding proprietary instructional materials and course content.
