Management Development Program

This project is a comprehensive six-course leadership development series created to strengthen core managerial competencies for mid-level managers in both virtual and in-person formats. The curriculum emphasizes practical workplace application across key topics including emotional intelligence, change leadership, strategic goal alignment, coaching, time management and delegation, and difficult conversations.

I led the full instructional design and development of this series, building three courses from initial research and storyboarding through final course production, while also developing three additional courses from provided storyboards into polished, facilitator-ready learning experiences. I also regularly facilitate these courses in both virtual and in-person settings, allowing for continuous refinement based on learner engagement and classroom application. Deliverables included slide decks, participant guides, activity packets, facilitator materials, and interactive exercises designed to support learner engagement and real-world skill transfer.
