Slide-Based Feedback Analysis Interaction
A slider-based evaluation exercise prompts learners to analyze the effectiveness of sample feedback statements, with layered corrective responses and retry opportunities built into the learner flow.
This project is an in-progress custom interactive eLearning sample developed to showcase my approach to practical, learner-centered supervisory training in Articulate Storyline. Focused on the topic of workplace feedback, this microlearning course helps supervisors strengthen their ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback through guided instruction, applied examples, and interactive practice.
As the sole instructional designer and developer, I created the course concept, learning objectives, content structure, narration scripting, storyboard, visual design plan, and interaction mapping. The design incorporates multiple custom learner interactions including click-to-reveals, slider-based feedback analysis, drag-and-drop sequencing, and scenario-based knowledge checks designed to support engagement and reinforce skill application.

Guided Tab Interaction with Reinforcement Quiz
A required click-through tab interaction introduces six common feedback traps, followed by an applied quiz that prompts learners to identify those same pitfalls in sample supervisor statements.
From Storyboard to Storyline:
This storyboard is currently being translated into a fully functional Articulate Storyline module, with custom animations, learner triggers, and interactive feedback layers built to mirror the planned learner experience. The full course will be uploaded upon completion.
