Using Articulate Rise, I designed and developed this course for a local animal shelter. Working with stakeholders and SMEs from the organization, this course was created to train the shelter's new volunteers on the policies and procedures in place to safely walk beginner level dogs. Topics covered include kennel protocol, leash handling, situational awareness, and dog body language.
