Designed in Canva and hosted in Google Slides, this ILT course walks managerial staff through the process of fostering a culture of critical thinking for their team, starting with what the benefits of critically thinking employees are and how they benefit the workplace. This course contains an instructor’s guide, a learner’s guide, the initial storyboards used in the development phase, as well as a job aid. Digital interactive opportunities were included in this course to adapt participation to either virtual or in-person learning.
